The lack of a comment from me might seem conspicuous so here goes. I realize how hard these are to make but this one is my least favorite. Sorry. And no, I don't have any better ideas.

It's cool if you don't like it. Everyone's entitled to their stupid, stupid opinions.

Seriously, though, got any suggestions for improving it, or maybe for another idea? I ask people for them but no one offers anything up.

The thing I liked about this one was the sense that we've come into the story at the most interesting moment. (Also, the snakes are ADORable.)

Dave had a suggestion of Medusa turned to stone after looking into her compact mirror. While I like the irony, I felt that the story was too complete and that there was no drama left.

I had other thoughts (a woman looking into a mirror only to see the reflection of Oliver Stone), but I want all of these illustrations to hold together as a group. Aside from the Xanadu piece, which I'm ditching, none of the previous illustrations showed any faces in them, so Oliver was out. Who knows, maybe I should give myself more room and do that one up.

I'm open to suggestions on this one. And ideas don't have to be fully formed. You could just say, "How about something with The Thing from The Fantastic Four?" Or ideas can be specific, like "How about a guy looking at his tongue in the mirror and it's made of red bricks?"

As usual, I'd love to hear thoughts for other song visuals. I had an idea for Sweet Talkin' Woman where the image was split in half vertically and showed two people talking on the phone to each other (Think: a thick lightning-bolt-shaped line down the center like they did in movies from the early 60s).

On one side, we see a woman talking on her cell phone (just her hand with the phone up to her ear and some long hair). And the other side of the illustration is almost completely filled with sugar except for a hand sticking out from the top holding a cell phone. Mmm?
